I spent decades pouring myself into my career, believing ambition was everything. What I didn’t realize was the personal cost—my energy, my focus, and the relationships I cared about most were slipping away. Meditation became my anchor, helping me pause, regain perspective, and rebuild balance.

Now, I guide career-driven individuals who want to stay ambitious without being consumed by work. Through books, experiential meditations, and practical tools, I help them step back, reset, and create a life where growth and balance go hand in hand—so success fuels life, rather than takes it over.
